Viridian at Greenhills
MKA provided peer review and Performance-Based Seismic Design services for this 55-story, 560-unit tower with five levels below grade and parking for more than 700 vehicles. The structural system developed by MKA combined a concrete core wall with Buckling-Restrained Braces and perimeter columns to effectively increase the tower’s footprint and furnish its slender profile.
