UW Medicine Lake Union, Phase 3.1

Targeting fields such as vision sciences, immunology, kidney research, rheumatology, and infectious diseases, this Certified LEED Gold, seven-level laboratory facility includes a vivarium and parking. MKA designed the skybridge and a shared, below-grade below-grade podium to serve the future expansion of Phase 3.2.
