One of the largest developments in the University of California system’s history, this project showcases six buildings including housing for 2,000 students, faculty office space for two complete academic departments, an 800-seat lecture hall, dining hall, and other public use areas. Four of the six buildings sit atop a common podium, which features three levels of below-grade parking accommodating 1,200 vehicles.
