Imperium Tower

This 68-story, Performance-Based Seismic Design tower includes a three-level podium and five parking levels below grade. The tower’s design efficiently utilizes outrigger bracing to reduce its core aspect ratio from 20:1 to 12:1. In addition to Empress, Maven, and Royalton, Imperium Tower is one of four MKA-designed residential developments included in the 24.7-acre Capitol Commons.
