This development features a 26-story office tower built atop an existing parking structure and spans the Massachusetts turnpike and active railroad tracks at Back Bay Station. MKA’s structural design incorporates a series of transfer trusses, including a five-story mega truss to transfer the south tower columns extending over the turnpike.
