Jon Pfrommer, PE, SE — A member of four MKA Technical Specialist Teams (TSTs)—Performance-Based Design, Earthquake, High-Rise Structures, and Masonry—Jon has a rich understanding of state-of-the-art approaches to Performance-Based Seismic Design, especially in seismically active Southern California. His project highlights include 611 Island Avenue, The Gayley at Wilshire, and the Beaudry.
Alex Wiley, PE, SE — Alex leads MKA’s Concrete TST and offers expertise in concrete design advancements. His feature projects include the Salt Lake City Convention Center Hotel, The Ivey on Boren, and 1000M.

Leikune Aragaw, PE, SE — Leikune’s design portfolio includes baseball and football stadiums, large mixed-use and public assembly developments, and highly complex steel structures. A member of MKA’s Analysis TST, he specializes in the unique aspects of designing and detailing structures with challenging geometric conditions.
Will Bader, PE, SE — A member of the firm’s Office Specialist Group, Will has designed convention centers in Portland, Las Vegas, New York City, and Calgary, mid-rise office buildings in Seattle and Chicago, and high-rise office towers in Charlotte, North Carolina. He is a member of MKA’s Analysis, Advanced Geometry, and Steel TSTs and is the office expert on RAM Steel software.
Hannah Bonotto, PE, SE — Hannah’s design portfolio includes projects in Seattle, Houston, Cambridge, and other rapidly developing urban hubs. Her focus has recently revolved around concrete design and steel detailing for projects, including the Seattle Aquarium Ocean Pavilion, performing arts centers, and other cultural projects. She is a member of MKA’s Vibration and Steel TSTs and serves on MKA’s internal Continuing Education Team.
David Sand, PE, SE — David is experienced in navigating complex permitting processes within local jurisdictions, developing construction documents for various development types, and creating 3D models for sites with complicated grading and stormwater infrastructure. He is especially skilled at analyzing, recommending, and designing sustainable and economical water strategies for new and retrofit applications.
Krista Seaman, PE, SE — Krista is a member of the firm’s Sports Specialist Group, with a portfolio of professional and collegiate facilities. As leader of MKA’s in-house Long-Span TST, she lends her knowledge beyond stadiums and arenas to nationwide convention centers and airports.
Associate Senior Building Information Modelers
Erica Langdon — Well-versed in various BIM technologies, Erica uses 3D modeling for all design phases and brings an advanced understanding of many of the major modeling packages in use today. She has extensive experience in BIM design for laboratory and healthcare facilities, hotels, housing, sports venues, and renovation projects.
Conor McCartney — Conor’s BIM experience includes drafting complex projects as large as 5.5 million square feet and located worldwide. He is well-versed in BIM technologies and 3D modeling for all design phases.
