This mixed-use development on a quarter-block site features two buildings—an 11-story, 80,000-ft² high-end hotel formed from five two-story blocks, each rotated and stacked on the block below, atop a lobby and restaurant level; and an 11-story, 80,000-ft² apartment tower connected to the hotel at each level by a pedestrian bridge. MKA-designed civil elements include green stormwater infrastructure, right-of-way and utilities improvements, and street frontage.
