The renovation of this 48-story office tower’s iconic wedge-shaped lobby required reconfiguration of the street-level plaza, the creation of new tenant amenity spaces, and the conversion of an existing unoccupied roof into a roof deck featuring an open-air trellis and a yoga lawn. New landscaping, paving, kiosks, and small retail structures, as well as new canopies, bleacher seating, and access stairs, highlight the renovated podium-level tenant amenities space, while below-grade parking garage elevators were relocated to improve access.
