Situated on the site of the former Boeing 757 plant, this 24-building retail town center features an architectural design reflecting the area’s industrial heritage, emphasizing steel, brick, and concrete as building materials and exposed elements. The single-story structures range in size from 9,000 to 30,000 ft and include over 337,000 ft² of retail and restaurants.
